Outfit! Recipe!

I couldn't think of a witty title, so I figured adding exclamation points to the basics might just do it for you.

Top & Cami - Old Navy.  Skirt - random find at TJ Maxx.
Belt - Anne Taylor Loft.  Shoes - Madden Girl.
Bracelet Set - Lane Bryant.  Necklace - Paisley Acoustic
Guitar from Forever 21.
I wore this...

And I ate this.  Well, I ate this last week - but it was so good, I felt that I needed to share it.  This meal, while  healthy, was not light.  It was about 500 calories.   My suggestion?  That wrap was huge.  Share it.
But, not today.  :)

Lawash  Sundried Tomato Flatbread
1oz Spartan  Neufchatel  Cheese
4oz Nova Lox Smoked Salmon
Fresh Basil Leaves
1 Roma Tomato sprinkled with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
1 cup Spinach
2 cups Red Leaf Romaine
.5 cups Sliced Mushrooms
5 Sliced Strawberries
1/2 Small mango - about 1/4 cup
1/4 cup Green Pepper
1 tbs Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar

  1. You look cute! But can I just say, I wish you updated more regularly. I check every day and it makes me sad to see no update :(

  2. I'm very sorry about that, Meg! Consider that a challenge that I will commit to meet. I've let things go lately, in lots of ways. Guess a blog is in order, eh? Thank you very much for that nudge.

  3. You're looking soooo amazing Sarah. Really inspirational!

  4. Just checked my Twitter follow request and saw you so I came to check out your blog. Wow! Congrats on all your weight loss! I was 208lb when I got pregnant a year after getting married (which I was 185lbs for my wedding). I gained 50lbs with my first pregnancy and then had a surprise consecutive pregnancy I gained 35lbs for. So I ended pg 2 at 265 and started Weight Watchers at 248 in December. I'm down to 227 now and it's slow going, but it's going! My end goal is 145- a weigh I haven't been since 9th grade when I was athletic, but just hitting 185lbs again will feel SO good. I'm definitely following your blog now because I need all the motivation I can get for losing 104lbs! I'm hoping to accomplish this in 2 years total. My personal blog is private but my public blog is but now you're also following me on my personal Twitter so I'll be excited to keep up with you there! Not sure how you found me, but I'm glad you did! GOOD LUCK!

  5. I just found your blog and I already love it. THis outfit is so so cute, in love with that skirt!!

Going to follow your blog - I need some motivation to re-amp up my weight loss efforts!
